Dr. Vinson Diep

Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics: General Pediatrics

Dr. Diep was born and raised in Honolulu and graduated from Kalani High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Portland in Oregon with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. He then returned home to attend the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine for medical school and then completed his pediatric residency at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, while also having served as pediatric chief resident. Dr. Diep also speaks conversational Cantonese and Chiu Chow/Teochew. He enjoys playing with his dogs Koby (pit bull/chihuahua mix) and Miko (miniature pinscher mix) as well as watching and cheering on his sports teams the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Rams, and the University of Hawaii basketball and football teams.

Dr. Michael Sia

Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics: General Pediatrics

Dr. Sia was born and raised in Honolulu and graduated from Punahou School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and received his Masters in Public Health from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. He attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his pediatric residency at Stanford University Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and served as pediatric chief resident. He is married to his wife Lea and has 2 daughters Marissa and Whitney. He has a dog named Keely and cat named Tehya. You can find him cheering on the Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers and baseball teams, as well as drinking soda.

Maurine Jane Arcan Deramos, MA

Maurine joined the office in 2017. She was born in the Philippines, raised on Oahu, and graduated from Farrington High School. She completed her medical assistant training at Remington College. She also has a dog named Titan who is a Pomeranian Chihuahua. She has superb organization skills (move over Marie Kondo!) and has a Cricut to further enhance her crafting. She has one daughter, Noelani Faith, who you may see in the office assisting with your visit!

Kobi Saito, MA

Kobi joined the office in 2024 after spending a few months working at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. He was born on Oahu and raised in Aiea, and graduated from Punahou School. He then attended UH Manoa and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. He has a yellow labrador named Reagan. In his spare time he likes to go to the beach or hike up into the mountains. In the future he hopes to continue his education and become a certified physician assistant. 

Gerald Guittap, MA

Gerald is one of the newest members of our office team and joined in January 2025. He was born and raised in Kalihi and graduated from Farrington High School. He attended UH Manoa and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Cell Biology with a minor in English. Before joining our team, he volunteered with the Houseless Outreach and Medical Education (HOME) Project, which seeks to provide medical care and social services to Hawaii’s houseless community. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking Koko Head, hanging out with his two younger brothers, and playing with his orange kitten Haybol. Gerald’s ultimate goal is to attend medical school and become a primary care physician in Hawaii.
